This is a 100 year old Civil War statue located in the Washington Court House, Ohio Cemetery.
The SUVCW Charitable Foundation made a donation toward its restoration. The statue is currently in Cincinnati, Ohio undergoing extensive restoration at the Karkadoulias Eleftherios Bronze Art Co.
When the restoration work is completed the statue will be mounted on a new granite pedestal in the Washington C. H. Cemetery.
The project is expected to be completed by the summer of 2007.
The Cemetery is in the process of having the statue placed on the National Registrar of Historic sites.
